A face mask may be required (vaccinated or not) in/outdoors.

EVENT PROMOTING
ALL members in a partnership with Platinum Emage LLC, MUST promote the event you are contracted to and promote "Platinum Emage LLC".
When posting or sharing, tag "Platinum Emage LLC" on Instagram and Facebook and Tik Tok.

Check "Membership" and "Event Agreements" on promoting requirements.
If member doesn't meet promoting requirements, membership may be revoked.
All client hired and Platinum Emage LLC events will be posted in the "Vendors│Sponsors" page. Use the contact information to get more details about the event.

Vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE!
In the event of a cancellation due to an emergency or "Acts of God" by vendor, venue, promotor and Platinum Emage LLC, the vendor fee may be REFUNDABLE or TRANSFERABLE. Platinum Emage LLC reserves the rights to TRANSFER all NON-REFUNDABLE fees up to six months. If an event is not available in six months, a full refund will be given. Refunds will be given on the 3rd of the six month.
If the State of Georgia/Governor (GA)/President (USA)/CDC/USA/World has deemed that events, parties, gatherings of 10 or more, etc. is unsafe, life threatening (ie. Covid 19 pandemic), all events within that ban of time are rescheduled and/or canceled. Platinum Emage LLC reserves the right to maintain deposits or any fees related to completed work, orders and/or labor from the day of contract (verbal/written) to the day of cancellation.
If promotor/venue/Platinum Emage LLC cancels event, vendor fees are refundable or transferable. Platinum Emage LLC has 6 months from the date of canceled event, to provide another event to transfer fees. If vendor is not available for any event within that sixth months, vendor fee is refundable.
If the vendor cancels due an emergency or "Act of God", they will receive 50% of vendor fee 30 days after event date.
If the vendor doesn't show up at event and doesn't communicate (NO SHOW/NO COMMUNICATION) with Platinum Emage LLC within 24 hours from event (non emergency/life threatening), the fee is non-refundable.
If a refund is to be given, you will be contacted via call/text/messenger/email by Platinum Emage LLC.
All refunds will be given on the 3rd day of the six months from event date unless stated otherwise.
If the vendor is unable to participate in the event and has contacted Platinum Emage LLC, the vendor may have a representative substitute in their place. The representative will need to sign an (event) agreement before participating in the event. The PAID fee would transfer to the “Vendor Sub” , unless other arrangements were made.
